Hi All Have been backing up old DVD without a problem till now. Using AnyDVD in background. Suddenly I can not open Clone on pc. Have tried restart and no luck. When I double click on icon, it acts like it will open and the CloneDVD activates on bottom of screen but it never actually launches. Any one with similar? I am not sure why it so suddenly is a problem unless recent regular downloads affected it somehow. Any suggestions? I also tried to get it to run various other ways but it is not launching...suggestions? Thanks
I ahd that same problem one time. I uninstalled and redownloaded. Fixed my problem right up. Hope this helps.
