What can i convert this into to make it play on my DVD? I don't want to rip it all again from the DVD. As the DVD is my sisters.

You can convert that to DVD Video compliant file format(s) using ConvertXToDVD and then burn with the same app. It isn't free but well worth the money and cheaper than a new XVid player ;-)

To be honest its a Friends DVD its in 11 parts all 30mins each that will take about 5 DVD's so with just the way i have it, it will only take 1 dvd

No, it won't take merely one dvd because it isn't going to fit on one dvd..

Reality is unless you're willing to re-rip/burn the dvds in their compliant formats, you're going to need to transcode them back to dvd compliant and burn.
