Seriously... you should read more on the thread. I'm on integrated hardware, as far as graphics are concerned, and I'm updated on everything - DX, the drivers, the whole deal.

o ok no wonder i couldn't find it. sorry my bad. what's integrated graphics?

i still think software should be tested first.

the way i see it (from experience) everything is a software problem unless you don't meet the minimum requirements.

Did you just ask what integrated graphics are?

    Does on-board ring a bell?

Probable System Requirements For Command and Conquer 3:

    Required System:
    Microsoft Windows XP
PC with 1.6 Ghz equivalent or higher processor
    256 MB of system RAM
512 MB of system RAM for online play with 3 or more players
6 GB available hard disk space
8x speed or faster CD-ROM drive or DVD-ROM drive (for the Collector's Edition)
64 MB GeForce3-class video card. The game only officially supports cards with ATI (Radeon 8500 or greater) and Nvidia chipsets, and the Intel GMA 900 and GMA 950 products. The GeForce 4 MX is not supported
Sound card with speakers or headphones
Microsoft Mouse or compatible pointing device
56.6 Kbps or better modem for 1v1 online play
Broadband connection for online play with 3 or more players
    DirectX 9.0c or above.

    Minimum Required Specs:
    Windows XP or Windows 2000
1.3 GHz Intel Pentium IV or AMD Athlon processor
    256 MB RAM
Nvidia GeForce2 or equivalent video card with 32 MB RAM
    DirectX 9.0b compatible sound card
4 GB available hard disk space
Please note that while you will be able to play The Battle for Middle-earth(tm) with the specifications above, play experience can benefit from additional RAM, above the required 256 MB
Nvidia GeForce2 MX is not supported.

run dxdiag at the run command line & post the results about the video section.

daacekin, integrated graphics is have the videocard built into the motherboard & shares the main ram of the computer.

Tiberium Sun runs fine on my K6 (333) with 128 ram and a voodoo2 card.. at normal speed.. it buggers about if you try to run it fast.. Original disk is essential as the cracks don't work.. they are designed for win98 and not XP.. but even so.. glitchy pirated games involve cracks.. and that's against the rules

Thank you, daacekin, I just lol'd my brains out.
The company that makes the motherboard usually outsources the task to a company that makes the chipset for them. In this case, I believe ASUS makes the motherboard while Intel makes the chipset.

That's the screen. I've already run tests before so I found it a little redundant to do them again.

the chipset manufacturers. intel, via, sis & amd mostly use their own chipsets on their motherboards. ati, nvidia, sis & via make their own videocards.

    @ Varnull:

Are you referring to this game or the actual Tiberium Sun? The latter is a lot less graphically demanding by compare, so of course it'll work... I'm hoping it was just a typo.

o now i get it. i read something about intel being in competition with top graphic card companies on the news a few days ago. considering they're in competition, they should be just as good. anyway kkeelan, like i said, give the software stuff i told you a go. if it doesn't work then we'll concentrate on the hardware. let me know if it works or if you still need help.
