I currently received some type of virus or spyware on my brothers laptop. As soon as I turn on the laptop, I only get a black screen with a Compaq logo, then it asks me to Press ESC if I want to set up boot, Press F10 to configure, Press F12. When I press for either 3 options it redirects me to the same screen with the options. Then mins later it will ask me if I want to delete restoration...can anybody point me out to what kind of problem this could be?
