wait is your computer even logging on f not i would recomend going into safe mode and see if u ccan do a system restore
if you ever manage to load up windows (in safe mode), here is a site you can download the missing files. p.s. from what i have managed to read up, the only way other people who have had the same problem overcame it was by doing a full system reinstall.
Download the file: Normaliz.dll File Size: 12.288 File Versions: 6.0.4074.0 6.0.5259.0 6.0.5243.0 File Company: Microsoft Corporation File Description: Unicode Normalization DLL Error Doctor 2007: Free Download http://www.dynamiclink.nl/htmfiles/rframes/info_dll/info_n/620.htm

i tried that already. it wouldnt let me do it. but does anybody know how to open the control panel from the windows task manager so i can run the system restore?
you can access control panel from task manager by clicking on File --New Task(Run...) A pop-up menu should appear. In the space provided, type "control" (without the quotes). then hit ok. this should open up the control panel.
