Computer Turns on but NO Screen! help!

    alright i reinstalled windows and tried my old video card and it seems to work fine now! BUT when i put in the new one i get the same thing from the beginning of this thread. gar~ i'm just gonna return it to newegg...

    I think that's wise. Even if it doesn't solve the problem it eliminates a possibility.
