    Hi
I have a HP windows Millienium edition.
It wont power unless I jiggle the power cord in the back....and once I have it to a certain spot then it will come on............BUT dont dare bump the cord or it will turn off.

Anyone know what this might be.......is it worth fixing or should I get a new PC

The problem may be a short in the power supply itself, you can try replacing the power supply, assuming it's a standard atx power supply they should be very easy to come by.
