Ok, question. I have my HD receiver connected to my TV everything is good. And than I have my home theather which also has the HD outputs but the problem is that my receiver doesnt have anymore HD output, just the regular AV output (1) which I connected to my slingbox. Now when I watch regular TV and turn on the home theater the sound doenst work, only when I watch DVD because the home theater is connected to my TV with the HDMI cable. How can I make the sound of the TV work with the home theater. The sound of the TV only works with my Home theater when I disconnect the cables that is connected from the sling box to the tv, but than my slingbox doesnt work. Please help.....does this make sense? sorry

you need to run an audio cable from the AV receiver to the TV then set you're source on the AV receiver to whatever you're using. dvd player etc
