Connecting/link up?

    Can this be done between two DS`S one having the m3 simply in it? In other words my two boys are trying to connect with mario kart but with no joy. So can it be done? Thanks.

    both of the nintendo`s need to have a m3 ds simply to be able to link up and play unfortunatly .
