connecting my laptop to my hdtv

    ive had my laptop a while now and im just wondering wat cable i will need to connect my laptop to my hdtv. my laptop is a sony vaio vgn-fe31z and it has a nVidia GeForce Go 7600 and has Super Video Out, VGA Monitor Out i am wanting to conenct to my sony bravia hdtv it has a pc connectiion which is a 15pin D-Sub) + Audio . What way would be best to connect them so that i can play hd xvids and what will eb the best cable to do the job.
    any help will be greatly appreciated

    Since you dont have dvi then vga(d sub) would be your best bet.
