Connection problem

    Hello..
    I try to get into Network: BEER-POWERED on packetnews and it keeps say: Connection refused..I have this problem with other..
    Anyone have any idea why?

    when trying to go to irc.beer-powered.com:6667 it doesnt work

    Try: 66.111.34.191 or Trollum.Beer-Powered.com (which is the same)
    which works fine here
