Whats the differce?Im using dbpoweramp and I have a 723bps song VBR,And the same song at 302bps(CBR)But the VBR is smaller,Witch is better?
in short VBR is MUCH better. it controls the right amount of compression needed at each frame to provide the best encoding quality possible.
