conversion problems

when i use my winavi program to convert a avi file to dvd it converts it but when im burning it to dvd using clone dvd it takes 1min to put on there when other times it takes about 10min and when it takes 1min to put on there the movie wont play do u know what can be the problem please help

 

have you considered changing your application to something else as a trial.

 

ive got neros but when i use that it says its too big for the dvd

 

how big is it and if its to big have you not considered dumping it to a dual layered disc instead of using a single layer one

 

If Nero said the dvd is too large,maybe you have forgot something when convert to dvd.If you use winavi to convert to dvd,you need to make sure you select the "split output file under 0.99GB".You can find this in the advanced.

the file is 700mb and when i use the neros it says it wont fit
