convert *.mkv ?

    Does anyone know of any freeware to convert an *.mkv file to DivX.

    DivX Converter or Dr. DivX I guess? Not sure how they would handle subtitle streams, tags, etc. Might need to convert to an avi, then remux with the subs, etc. to a DivX media file.

    or you can spend a few minutes and learn avisynth. use its directshowsource() function
    and for neuron2 just made a neat tool for yuor avc needs
