   What is a good program, to convert those files linked above and then include subtitles, i got it converted but im missing subtitles now

   take a look at this step by step guide of cucusoft to convert DVDs and videos to iPod, http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/297023 but it's a shareware not free.
