    How do i convert files into mpeg and mpeg2 files?

    TMPGEnc, will convert most file to mpeg1 or 2

    I got the software, but it wont let me convert the cue files? What do i do? DO i compress it or something of that sort?

    Hi Cap420,

    A CUE file is not a video file. It's a set of files (of any type). By the way, you should have a corresponding BIN file.

    BIN/CUE files are so-called CD images (or DVD images). If you are interested in the image's content, you must read the image with a drive emulator. Nero 6 is shipped with such an emulator (Nero ImageDrive) but I think it supports only ISO files (another type of CD images). Daemon Tools (freeware) is also a drive emulator.

    I forgot to mention that instead of using a drive emulator, you can also use ISOBuster to extract the files from the ISO image and copy them to your hard disk.
