Thanks for the info herbs. I guess I'll stick to dvd-r then. I can't except 2 discs either when 1 will do. Can't wait to hear your opinion on the new Mpeg 4 thingy that's due out hopefully soon.
hey herbs, i am a novice at burning movies from the internet onto a dvd-r .i have followed your instructions and have downloaded the tmpgenc plus and the tmpgenc dvd author.but the problem is that i dont know which one to use first or if at all i am supposed to use both.so please could you give me a step by step instructions to convert the avi files to vob , so that i can burn them onto a dvd-r.
