Converting an mkv DTS to AC3 (not with mkv2vob)

    I have mkv video that has DTS audio and I don't have equipment that will play DTS audio. Popcorn mkv Audio converter is a handy app, but gets errors every time it gets tot he audio conversion. I've been messing around with all different settings and think it's time to try a different method. mkv2vob doesn't always work. Is there a program similar to tsMuxer that will allow you to see both the video and audio streams , and then handle them separately?
