    Hi Folks,
    I am thinking of buying a Panasonic HDC-SD10 camcorder but am worried about viewing the AVCHD files on my PC.
    I know that I can view the videos shot on my Panasonic BD30 blu ray player (via the SD card slot) but I would like to know the following;
    How can I view these AVCHD files on my PC, what programme can / should I use?
    And how can I convert these files to DVD video files to burn with nero onto a DVD?
    Thanks for your help.
    Newbe!

    My Sony Camcorder is AVCHD gives off .m2ts files i think. You can play them directly in the PS3.

    Classic Media Player should play them on the PC.

    Sony had software to convert to mpeg2, wasn't happy with it.
    Pinnacle Studio version 12 is an excellent program to convert the files into virtually any format or even directly onto DVD.
