Does anyone know of a program that can convert a movie that is true letterboxed and convert it so it plays like it is anamorphic?
if you are making a svcd or vcd movie, tmpenc does a simple job of doing this...once you load up the movie, go to the advanced settings and at the 'video arrange' select 'full screen no margins' ...this will convert a true widescreen to amaphoric and an amaphoric to a full screen easily...go to http://entiendo.gotnet.net to see how it is done.
