Converting movie to itunes problem, quick solution needed

    Right iv managed to convert videos to my ipod video 60gb sucsefully b4 but this time its not letting me? I understand that the video file needs to be a MPEG-4 MOVIE right? well it is and I try to drag and drop the file in2 itunes but no luck please help! Im of on a long trip tmoz so i need thge video on there
