Converting mpg so I can burn on dvd

    I am wanting to convert a mpg format that I have on windows media player to a dvd format and burn it to a dvdr so I can watch it on dvd...how do I do this and what do I need????

    anything any faster?? seems like that takes for ever!!

    The thing is I have the complete P90X workout video on cd I can play it on my cpu but I want to be able to play it in my dvd player on the tv...

    I use nero vision!! If you have it try it with smart encoding, it works pretty fast for me.

    Or use convertxtodvd as Rotary suggested!

    I've had pretty rotten luck with cucusoft as well. I've had the best luck with Dvd Flick...which is why i suggested that one first.

    I have nero 7 ultra edition, but not sure how to do what I need to do???

    Also the cd I have will play in a buddies portable dvd player but I have tried a few others with no luck...right now I have the complete workout on two disc?
