There is a program called RM Converter, it does the job.

    Site is here: http://www.boilsoft.com/

Note it converts RM To AVI, not MPEG

Ok, so i got that program. But its creating .avi files with terrible video. The sound is perfect, but the video is choppy, and seems to speed up and slow down alot.
    Any suggestions?

So, i found an even better program...its called EO Video, and it will convert real media movies to vcd mpeg files. Seems to maintain the same quality as the original .ram files.

Im pretty sure I found it on that DVDRhelp website, but if you run a search for it on Google it will come up.
But, heres a link to the guide I used-
    http://www.dvdrhelp.com/rmto3.htm
It can convert All types of files, not just RM..so far I think this program kicks ass. I've made 2 vcd's already...only draw back is that it takes a rather long time to convert the files. But hey, im not in that big of a hurry.
