I actually have a few questions about converting certain files and playing them on my different DVD players. I will try to keep this is understandable as I can :).

Ok first off I have a lot of .mkv files that are say 1280 x 560 or something resolution. Is there a way I could convert mkv files while keeping the resolution of the file and it be able to play on a PS3, Xbox 360, Toshiba HD-DVD player, Sony DVD player and a JVC that can play divx files and such. I have a Samsung 1080i plasma so I know it can play these resolutions. The program I am currently using is ConvertXtoDVD, but as far as I know it automatically converts the file to 720 x 480. I also have some HVDVD and WMV-HD files.
