Hi all, I hope someone can help me before I rip my hair out. As of late about 50 percent of the movies I burn with Convert X has bad audio, the sound cuts in and out.

I've tried older versions, reformatting, new codecs, a few guys I know have the same issues but I cant find anything on the net about this.

I'm using Windows 7 Professional 64bit. I have also noticed that other conversion programs dont have this problem, but they dont have all the easy feathures of this one.

I've also tried other programs, but havent been able to find anything that does everything correctly for the AR to the compression etc...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Check you settings and try this, I used to get audio issues every once in a great while. If the audio is your source file is good, then try this...

in ConvertX, choose Settings - Audio and make sure the "Do not fix audio discontinuities" box is CHECKED.

This will ensure the original audio is retained.

Note: The "Do not fix audio discontinuities" box is NOT checked by default.
