Hi, I have a 1280x720 MKV video file with 3 languages, and 4 subtitles streams. I want to Convert this video file to MP4 and remove 2 of the languages and 3 of the subtitle streams. How can I do this with little or no quality lose?

Well assuming that the video is native AVC, you can simply remux, so no quality loss there. No problem with the subtitles either. The audio on the otherhand may not be MPEG-4 compatible, in which case you would need to re-encode.

Check out mkvextract for extracting and mp4box/yamb for remuxing.

I will check that. I think the audio is AC3.
