Why do you have to hook up 91 11.200, should be 11.250, sounds like your switch is causing only horizontal TP's being scanned and not vertical. Bypass DP switches (dont care for them myself) Try to hook up 91 to a 3x4 eagle aspen (10.00 bux)first, then left lnb coax to 18v, right lnb coax to 13v makes the 3x4 switch a dedicated 91 port then take lnb1 slot on aspen and connect to port 4 on the DiSEqC switch

 

Dishpro lnbs have internal switches, you are probably using a legacy lnb for 91. Bypass the Dp switch all together for 91

 

For that lnb and port make sure 22khz is OFF

I did the same just the commercial, I just read on the other thread that the coders had the but did not release them for some reason.
