    Only the 6100, 7000, 7100.
Nothing for others. I expect 8000 and 8100 soon.

Question....for you who owns a CS6100,7000 or 8000. Are they as user friendly as the CS5K? I tried a Pansat 3500s and did not like the way it works.kind of confusing.
What about the Viewsat or Sonicview?
    thanks for any input.

i went from a CS5k to a Viewsat Ultra - easy transition - and the Viewsat is the only recievers that is up now - went down for 3 hours - STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE VIEWSAT ULTRA

Once you have the nf***** set up, and disconnect it, all you have to do is hook it back up and turn it on and it comes up. The only thing you will have to do is get the epg, takes about a minute.

You do not have to do all the resetting of sats or anything. Hook it up, turn it on.

Billo38...do you need to have your PC on all the time that the NF**** is on?
    Thanks

Where is the best place to buy the Viewsat Ultra? I have heard a lot about this nFus thing, but my wife was VERY alarmed when she heard it connects to the internet and would prefer that if I had to buy a new box, it not be one that has to be connected to the internet.

It seems Coolsat has bit the bullet and although I love the setup and workability of the box, it appears that the coders want to focus their efforts on old technology. I can't blame them really. It would be like Nintendo still putting games out for the old Nintendo. It just does not make sense. At some point we all simply have to upgrade no matter how much we like our Ataris.

    Hello, bigmllc,
I, too, own a CS5K, and would like to upgrade. Does the VIEWS*T need a memory card, or any other type of card?

Viewsats need NO CARD at this time, but some have the card slot in them.
