    CS5K paid for itself 3 yrs. ago. Atleast, that's how long mine kept me happy. SV is my new b!@#$^$*%(^ch. lol.

    I appreciate all the tech support from everyone and hope it continues... This thread should stay up, help everyone and vise versa!!!! Vivaaaaaaaaaa.......... CS5K Old school fta support

    Well, it took some "tweaking" but finally got it set up (my new viewsat ultra, that is...)and yes, we are up and running. All channels, all ppv and the rest...
    thanks again for all your help! To those who still have faith about the CS4/5/and 6 and still believe in Santa Claus, all the best in your quest for a new bin! (but I am still part of that group since I also own a CS6 and refuse to give it up...)
    We will keep in touch and hoping...

    I think the nimic82 also has hd. you need an hd box. not just an hd tv.

    82 bev but you need an HD stb, 118 might have hd but you cant get it without a 8PSK adapter you have to add to your HD stb using the loop and soldering inside the box, bev no modifications are needed.

    Let's see.........everyone was up for how many days, while you were waiting for a new fix? Then when a new ecm hit's, you still hadn't got the fix for the last ecm, so now your coders are one ecm behind. I don't think they can get the fixes up as fast as the providers can take them down.

    I think you people that are waiting for the 4k5k6k fixes need to get a grip.
