    True test will come now.
How patient will people be if updates come in less than 24 hours and Coolsat 4,5,6 take 2 weeks again.
They want to start impressing people with a full, bug free bin before all the others.

Newbie here, do you have any idea when a new bin will come out? I am tired of watching the chiller channel...........................LOL

Just thought I would get things jump started.

The viewsat alway's works. To get the coolsat to work I have to shut the vs off. The cs will show B*V when the viewsat is on, But I have to shut the lnb power off for 110 119 on the cs.

You didn't answer the switch question.

Also, is there a chance you have a internal switch in your lnb?

The switch setting answer is yes. The lnb's are dual output each. They say B*V express on the lnb's. The guy told me legacylnb.

Yes the lnb has internal switch
    or
Yes the #1-119, #2-110 & #3-91 on the ext switch

Which part was written by Jerry and which by cool??

Anyway... 171 is down and sunsat doesn't even has that bin out yet. I declare my sunsat box dead.

I just got my nf*** and as soon as I get home I will try to set it up and enjoy some good tv for a change.

Hope the cs coders come out with this fix faster than 2 weeks.

You do not need any alternate hardware other than the HD stb and 8PSK adapter. Hd on BEV is 82 and DN is 129

I am sorry Breck, I am in the middle of bbq and trying to type. The settings are #1 119 #2 110 #3 91. The lnb's do not have a switch inside.

Dual Legacy lnbs do not have an internal switch, you have 1 of 2 possible issues:

    1) The Diseqc is not switching properly or a port has been compromised. I suggest swapping it for a 10.00 Heavy Duty Chieta DiSEqC switch with only 1.5 db insertion loss.

    2) Your sat, switches are not grounded properly and low voltage is staying in the system and causing 110 to lock up.

Try the first then the latter.

    Ok thanks.

    Save me some BBQ.

Have you double checked each receiver to make sure you have committed sats the same on each?
Sounds like a comflict within the settings somewhere. One jams the other.
Not that informed on lnb's and switches and the proper settings. I am mostly guessing and hoping to get lucky. LOL

Each machine by itself( with the other off) shows all the correct info for the sat's and all the rest of the settings. When they are both on is when the fun begins!! LOL.
