The internet setting is on DHCP. My brother put the files but I can't get ahold of him right now to see what he loaded on it. I don't know much about how computers and internet connections work. Could my internet connection be to slow to support it even though it is DSL?

I know that sounded like a dumb question. In my house we look for the alternate channel for the show. With 2 little terror's running around ( 2&5 ) and the wife says meat 34!!! We don't have time to tape and watch anything. LOL.

Its not a solid feature, best getting a dvd-recorder and using stb for uninterrupted service.

I also have a CS 5000 question. My sister and I both have CS 5000's. I haven't tried the new bin since I've been trying to get the nf**** to work. She called this evening after trying bin 172. She did turn on the autoroll. She said hers was still scrambled. She never put on 171. Do you have to put on each bin, or can you go from 170 to 172? Thanks
