    did you use a instalation cd? i see some come with it and some dont

    no the files and loader are on the Nfusion site along with all the instructions.

    actually i have 2 of 'em because once my wife seen how well the one i bought for myself was working on DN, she was gonna take mine away from me and give me the coolsat 5000 that she had so she could get her internationals on 97. so, i had to settle for a 5000 or buy her one too. she won and i still have mine. haha.

    if you already have a router? do you need the one that comes with the nf?

    no, use yours. the one that come with the Nfusion is not a router. If it's the same one I think it is, it's just a wireless access point to the wireless router that you should already have. What's the model number of it?

    If it's a Netgear WGPS606, it's not a router. It's a wireless access point. You don't need that for a wireless access point. If you want to go wireless, go with the one that Blank talked about that goes through your house's electrical wiring.

    we have a dlink model di -624
    Does that mean I will not have to have a ethernet cable from the nfusion to the wireless router all the time.

    it lasted 2 hrs didnt even have time to get home

    if you want or need wireless, go with Blank's recommendation.

    Blank are those the ones that plug in to your wall electrical outlet?

    ok i think between both of our laptops we are getting it. thanks.. pretty bad when we both are setting right next to eachother with both of our laptops going.. geeez we are pretty bad.lol

    hubby is an electrical engineer, surely he can figure it out..
