    Do a factory reset install bin 100, then the latest bin then rescan all your sats.

    IMPORTANT: write down all your antennae settings for reference.

    Bev just did a change and froze the 6100.
    Need to turn rear power off and turn back on and everything back ok.

    Turn power off with front power button. Then hold the up channel button in while powering on. This should prompt you with a blue screen. Go to bottom right corner and you will see Clear NVRAM. use controller and scroll down to it and hit ok...then power off....then back on...do a factory reset once again....reload bin....then factory reset again.... (the 2nd reest will not delete the file you just loaded) then do you r dish setting , recan...and see if that helps. (originally posted by KEGNFOOL).

    Hello I have been reading this forum since November last year and I have really learnt a lot.Thanks a lot guys.     Hey Blnk it is new but I did load the file. Before I loaded the file it would power up and I could get into the menu. After loading the file it will not power up or do anything the menu will not come up the light is on the front.
