i had one quick question.. can ANYONE explain me the difference between DN and Bev.. if u could PM me that would be GREATLY appreciated!! i just dont understand the difference of the two and when i should turn ONE on and the OTHER off.. if someone can really simplify all that for me, that would be wonderful! thanks much!!

Put in the new keys my autoroll is on, but I'm not getting anything on DN. Any tips?

im not sure what i am doing wrong but my computer crashed before it crashed i could program my box now that i installed xp pro my computer will not reconize my usb cable there fore cant even connect to coolsat 5000 box please help

For those of you that are confused over these different reports::: There was a brief period that auto roll stopped working for some reason. When that happens, you need to turn off auto roll and enter the latest keys manually. However, that didn't last long and auto roll now seems to be working again. TURN IT BACK ON and you should be OK.

If you are using a USB adapter you will need to reinstall the driver that came with it.

Not a big deal, but I have never seen something like this and I am confused.

For DN, I had autoroll off, and had old keys entered. It went to scramble channel but only briefly, and kept doing that every 10 minutes. Now I have autoroll on -- thanks, Jerry. Is that going to solve this problem? Why would it work with outdated keys?

 

i have d/n c/s 5000 and its been goin scramble off and on ,anybody else having same problem?

yes mine has been scrambling about every 5 minutes then comes back after about 30 seconds

 

Same problem here. I have tried it with autoroll on and off. It goes to scramble channel and then comes back on. I sure wish we would get a good Bin. It seems like we have been playing cat and mouse for months now. I bet if you kept track we have probably only had tv for 10 days out of Feb maybe not that much.

 

I'm having also the same problem, the scramle last for about 20-30 seconds. Maybe there is and issue with the new bin...just guessing.My autoroll is on.

 

I'm at work during the day so I have no access to any equipment, but DN must be playing games with the encryption again. We may need a new bin to stop the problem.
