i mostly watch babyfirst tv. so i made several dvds of it. no backup tv, but 6 hours of "if your happy and you know it" and "twinkle twinkle little star" on dvd

 

make a favorties channel list, include channel 239. save it. use the list and leave the guide in channel 239. the epg will slowly roll in for upto 7 days. rolls fastest at 1 minute before the hour.

definately works on cs5k, as long as you are viewing the favorite list. when you switch back to "all sats" you lose the guide. doesnt work on cs7k, but that info is for another forum

 

would it work on my 6100 also?

hey , can someone tell me the proper way to hook up a 4x1 diseq swith for d/n and bev.. i think i fried mine yesturday..

#2 - 110W
#3 - 91W
#4 - 82W

I think that's the suggested setup.

I remember reading that 119 must always be in #1 or other sats will not be recognized.

 

i have no clue who the wise guy is with the stupid comments but thats how it all started when we lost the original thread.come on man act your age were all here to help each other.i want my coolsats up to but we all have to wait it out.

 

Anyone know of a website where I can download the drivers for a USB/R232 cable? I have windows XP. If you know of one, PM me the site.

I have an installation disc from Radio Shack,
USB to Serial Cable(26-183 V1.1)
that I would share if you think it will work.
Maybe it could get posted on Bindepot (Breck ???)

 

Go ahead and post it. You have to compress it to a .zip file first.
Try to include all the important info in the post.
Make, model, brand, etc.

Glad to have others post any helpful tools.
