We had the same setup as harlechpr. We have dishpro 500 twin lnb with the built in switch for 110 and 119. Dtv single lnb for bev 91.
Here is what we did so we didn't have to switch back and forth. We ran a coaxil cable from both sides of the dishpro lnb To the 4x1 Diseqc Switch that came with our coolsat 5000. 119 to line 1 110 to line 2 and 91 to line 3. When you use the 4x1 switch it disables the internal switch. Your setting should be.

Blankstare walked me through it all.
Was unable to get the wireless brodge or the proxy to work.
After talking to linksys, we think the router is blocking them both.
Turns out I am still using factory firmware in the router.
I am about 20-30 versions behind.
Never knew you had to update the fireware in the router.
Only problem is that the linksys downloads have been down for several days and they tell me they should be back up later this week.

It has been found that not using #1 for 119 has caused problems. Not in every case. Depends on the equipment. It has been suggested that as a rule, #1-119 #2-110 #3-91 #4-82.
A lot of people found not putting #1-119, that the receiver recognized sat 119, but not the others. Apparently #1 is dedicated to 119 on most switches.

Some Bins will make my receiver black-out for a minute. Usually about 2-3 times an hour. That used to be tolerable but on 170 its been going out every 10 mins or so. Is this problem normal or is there something I can do to atleast cut down on the black-outs?

Are you sure you are using 170?

This was happening with 169 and the 170 update was to fix this problem.
Sounds like your still on 169.

If you get alot of lightning i would make sure each switch is grounded with copper wire and lead to a copper rod or a water main. You will go through DiSEqC switches and lnbs frequent if you dont.

    Just advice, your call Cool

going to the river in a couple of days. Going to buy another dish tomorrow and take the nova, leave the wife at home. There are important things and then some not so important.

I will be gone until sometime in May, but will have the internet there, so I will check in from time to time.
