Coolsat 5000 Questions PART 2

ok as i posted earlier my friend's coolsat went dead so did flashed it using Bin 100. Then after that one needs to do a factory reset and i went to copy down the dish settings that my friend had because he has a different configuration at his home. When i copied down the settings the LNB Type was unico and the LNB Freq: was written as 0.000/0.000.

So I did a factory reset and then loaded Bin 170. When i went to change his settings there was no such thing as Unico. The person who put this setting before cannot be reached as he has changed his phone number so I don't know what do to.

I do not know what kind of LNB he has but I will try my best to find out and post it later.

any kind of help is appreciated

It does seem to be a different language.

Ok do this Guj:

1) Go out side, look at lnb's
2) tell me if anything is written on lnbs
3) tell me if they are each single lnbs (1 eye) or twin (2 eyes) enclosed.

4) Tell me how many coax connection per lnb
5) tell me how many RG6U cable comming out of cables and i will give you your settings.

Ok i will try to answer those questions ASAP but from what my friend said, his setup is as follows:

he has two dishes (61.5 and 110) and from both these dishes there are two seperate wires that come so i think when he wants to watch south asian channels he has to change the wire. i dont know if this helps but this is what i know right now. once again i will try to find out more ASAP.

I have 3 dishes and I dont change any wires I am using the switch 4 inp 1 out and i have dn bev and 97w just by using the remote

How packed is sundance? Last time I was there the dock was a foot underwater from all the people.

 

It's not to bad today and neither is Roadrunner, I guess everyone is going home..................except the snow birds. The will be outta here by the middle of next month.

I was at the roadrunner a few years back when a guy got killed. Very senseless, and as far as I know the guy was never caught.

Autoroll seems to be working again. Double check the keys and see if it rolls.

ok here is just something that everyone has been thinking about, UNICO is the spanish word for only or single so i am guessing that it is probably a single LMB
