Yes press 8282, but keys wont work now, a new bin is required.

 

Coolsat 61/7/71/8/81 are up this time. Last time 4/5/6 came out first.

Each new bin needed is different

 

I dont believe that NORM group work on weekends, most likely new bin will show up on monday

Yes it's the Colorado river. We are just about 2 hours south of Laughlin Nevada. Lake Havasu City has really grown in the last 10 years. The lake is about 27, to 30 miles long. It is damed at the Parker dam. The stripers I referred to are striped bass. There is a tourney here every year put on by Western Outdoor News. There is over 100,000.00 in prizes and money given out each year. It's really a lot of fun.

The fish have to be at least 14 inches long, 2 people max on the boat, and no more than 10 fish.

The last few years the guys that have won have had total weight's in the 80 and 90 pound range. There are some big fish in here, but I can't seem to find them.

There are bigger ones on up the river by Las Vegas at Willow Beach. There is a guy here that makes lures by the name of Allen Cole, makes the AC Plugs, caught a 50 pounder up there last month.

Sorry about the fishing report, I know this is a sat thread, but I have a hard time stopping when you get me talking about fishing.

Hey guys, tvkeys.com is reporting that a major announcement is going to be made on tuesday morning. I have no idea what it is, but i hope its not about them stopping support for coolsat 5000.

 

Wouldn't make a difference to me, i have never used them for support anyway, now if F2ATV made that report then its time to use the stb as a door step

 

I use them most of the time, and they seem accurate,
But should i worry?

 

COM PORT REASSIGN
1. Go to Control Panel, the click on System
2. Select the Hardware Tab, then press the Device Manager button
3. Scroll down until you find the Ports (COM & LPT) option and click it.

If your adapter is plugged in, find the one that says "USB to Serial" be sure it is on port 1,2,3 or 4. If it is 5 or higher we have to reassign it. Double click on the "USB to Serial"

4. Select the Port Settings tab. Click on Advanced. It should open a window
titled "advanced settings for COM1

5. In the bottom left corner of the screen it says "COM Port Number". Click here.

There will be several options. Some of them will say in use. DO NOT MESS WITH THESE!
Look for COM1, COM2, COM3 or COM 4. Select any one of these 4 that do not say "in use".

6. Click OK to all of the windows until you get back to the device manager screen.

Close the device manager screen to get back to your desk top.

The COM PORT has been reassigned and you should be able to use the converter cable with that usb port.

Be sure that the com port on the loader window is the same as the number you selected earlier when you load a file.

FINALLY! I got the darn USB to Serial to actually work. Have been messing with it for 2 weeks now! A BIG BIG thanks to everyone who helped me with this, and to the person who originally posted these instructions. I'm putting it on here, because I found them by accident and probably couldn't ever find them again!

It worked on 2 for me, but not on 1.

maybe its that dn lied when they said f2a would be shut down by the end of 1Q of 2008 -- which ends on monday, thus the tuesday announcement

 

The coders for coolsat (NORW) is home to F2ATV, that is where every other site gets their legit bins from.
