    Hi folks, been reading the posts and checking the other sites I have come to the conclusion that I think the dtv crack is bogus!!!

    I highly recommend the SV 4000. I got one at the end of Feb and a fix was put out on 3 Mar. It has been up and running ever since. I'm just using the CS 5000 for a second TV. I gave up on their coders around 169.

    if you have to check your drawers for the answer, how do you ever find the bins? You sure your not a CS coder on a long perv break :)

    There is word of DTV opening up things.

    There is a new loader for the VS-DTV and new bins

    Haven't got the file yet. Was released today. It's named slooflirpa.rar

    Direct TV - I am told it's another Canadian provider, but I am not really sure of it's origin.

    Yea - I just looked them up too.

    They are the other Canadian provider other than Bell.

    They use similiar technology as DTV. Not available for FTA.

    Hey bud i'm a canuck. I can say that we can't get a sub for direct tv. Star choice and B*V is all we can get, at least here in ontario.

    You can get DirectTV here. In Ontario.
    See lots of DTV dishes around Ottawa.
    At least I think I saw them LOL.

    I live in MN and DTV has about 30-40% of the market here. They are at war with DN over prices and services. I think their content is the same as DN. Would be interesting though.

    ya i forgot about star choice, my bro had it and he said it sucked compaired to bev so he switched. so i guess it doesnt matter that it is not available for fta.
