MY coolsat 6000 is still down and I need someone to help me get it up and running again. But I think I may have messed up everything on the box cause I went to channel 8282 and changed all the nagravisions 1,2,3,4. Can someone out there help walk me through the steps needed to reprogram the entire box or maybe send me the new program so that I can download it into my box. Thanks

    5. Now scroll down to the data in line 10. Enter the first half of KEY 86 (or Key 00)
    in this line.
    6. The go to line 11 and enter the second half of Key 86 (or Key 00) in this line.
    7. Then go to line 20 and enter the first half of Key 96 (or Key 01) in this line.
    8. Next go to line 21 and enter the second half of Key 96 (or Key 01) in this line.
    9. Now hit the Exit button.
    10. When the next screen pops up asking if you want to save changes, Use your

Mine does not reconigized when I use the auto detect.
It says, "Connect your receiver and turn it on ..." and I think it's flipping from com1 and com3.

    ???

After you get the bin installed, put it on a channel and let it set, maybe as long as ten minutes for it to roll the keys. If all the setting are correct it will pick up the new keys.

Go to channel 8282 - this is the key edit page.

Then go to 1 if you have dish network or 2 for expressvu

You need to edit the 4 lines.
The 10, 11, 20, 21 stay the same - the lines to the right of that need to be changed.

    Line 86 = line 10 and 11
    Line 96 = line 20 and 21

    eg.

    86: 17 62 8C D3 8C 15 A2 70 CD 9E 87 4F D4 9E A6 3E

    96: 79 D1 F2 EC 76 60 52 5C E5 24 E1 97 8B BC EC 26

    is actually

    86:
    17 62 8C D3 8C 15 A2 70
    CD 9E 87 4F D4 9E A6 3E

    96:
    79 D1 F2 EC 76 60 52 5C
    E5 24 E1 97 8B BC EC 26

Just move up and down - left and right to access the correct lines
To enter letters, hit the OK button where you want to change the character and a little screen will open to select the one you want.
For numbers, you can hit the number on your key pad to be quicker.

When the codes are all entered correctly, hit EXIT, then hit SAVE & YES

You will also have to go to MENU>INSTALLATION>AUTOROLL and turn off the autoroll for whatever dish keys you are using. Autoroll right now is changing your codes and scrambling your key.

When the new bin file comes out, you can have the autoroll on.

    Hope this helps...
