This is supposed to be a 1 time release allowing 4/5/6k users to watch TV while they find a new box to replace their old CS.

Not much to understand, buy a new reciever and trash the CS unit.
Don't waste your time the the 6100 upgrade SCAM they are offering.

Hello all, Good news Bin 175 is up and Dish and Bev are running all 100%
keep the c6k for a little more : )

Seems the coders are a little worried because someone posted a bin-dump on the Coolsat release site. This would allow an independent coder to create his own bin to work on the 4,5,6000 units and share with everyone.
This would mean that the Norw coders for the 4,5,6000 would be out of a job, so now we might start to see a little increase in their performance.
No guarentees though.

Reading above it states 175 is up and running. Is this true? I can't find bin 175. Have been to bindepot and myfriendsareyourfrineds and have had no luck. Should I just put my CS6000 and 5000 in the trash..............

175 has been posted at bindepot since nay 23.
Seems everyone else had no problem finding it.
