    im new to this does the coolsat 6000 come ready to use right out of the box or do you have to program it

    hey nick
    im in cali!
    i just bought a coolsat 5000!
    i get everything
    i had a guy set it up for 80$ and it worked great but they do scamble the signal so u have to download to correct this!
    Dsscentral.net it cost like 15 dollars a moth
    but im trying to see what a reader card does
    if the takes care or having to downloading when the scamble the signal
