    Hello ...

    I currently have Nero 6.6.0.8 - including:
    NeroVision Express 3
    Nero Recode 2
    Nero ShowTime 2
    Nero PhotoSnap
    Nero MediaHome
    Nero StartSmart 2
    Nero Express 6
    Nero BackItUp
    Nero SoundTrax
    Nero Image Drive
    Nero Burning ROM 6
    Nero Cover Designer
    Nero Wave Editor
    Nero Toolkit

Just need a little advice, and a few steps as to which application I should use to copy a DVD full-length feature?

    Thanx

You will need a program to circumvent CSS protection - Nero does not have this.

You could try DVD Decrypter or DVD Shrink (both free) and downloadable by using the software tab at the top of this page.

Sounds like you also need to read some guides - these are accessible through the guides section at the top of this page.

When you have done this, you may have a fuller understanding of the steps, processes involved in copying.

Your friend is wrong, unless they were backing up a disk that had no CSS protection. Colw gave you the best advice, you will not be able to back up a protected movie dvd. There are guides by Scuba Pete and bbmayo available in my sig, they explain the whole process.

Only if it is a non-encrypted disc. You need to use a ripper like DVD Shrink or DVD Decrypter first on 99% of the movies.

ScubaPete wrote some guides, here is one for Shrink/Nero.
