I posted a thread earlier asking how to copy my camcorder's mini DVDs and received a very thorough answer on how to download some freeware and complete the process. I'm also wondering about Nero and a couple of other "non-free" programs that I've seen. A friend tells me that using Nero, I will be able to copy the videos and put them in a format in which I can use Win Movie Maker to edit them. I've also been told that there is a Sony program out that works well. Opinions...comments?
Sir, Windows Movie Maker will "not" except Mpeg formats! That`s for sure as I know! DV-AVI is the best you can do in WMM. Hope this helps some? BIG AL CA.
