    I need help. I have DVD Shrink and Decrypter and am using Nero for burning, however files that I download (movies, etc.) dont seem to be recognized by the programs and Im not sure what Im doing wrong. Whenever I go to where I downloaded the files on my computer, I dont seem to be able to burn them to DVD, run DVD Shrink, etc. It may be a dumb question but is it a file problem, wrong format or what. Im really new at this so please help. Thanks.

    What kind of files do you have (e.g. avis, mpegs, rms)?

    @jimmyguy,
    As Scf_au has already asked "what are the file types?"

    Well more than likely they are some sort of AVI which will need converting. So I have an easy to follow guide for you at my website called "Convert AVI to DVD" The link is in my signature :)
