I formatted some DVD's on my computer for a friend (she is new to computing/digital photograpy). Took them home and tried to copy some of her photo's to the disc's, seemed to start ok but then stopped saying 'disc is write protected etc'
I brought the disc's home and they worked fine on my machine, I cannot get them to work on her computer. We are both using Roxio 6.

Forget using Drag to Disc or any packet writing software. Use Creator Classic instead, and you don't have to format the discs.

    I agree with GrandpaBW 100%.

Also if they were formatted on one computer then the likely hood of them working on another is slimm to none.
