Is there any program to directly rip the sound only to mp3 or wav etc while playing the movie file?
    Thanks in advance

Are you talking about an actual DVD movie or a downloaded rip?

Either way, there isn't really a very practical way to "rip the audio while watching the movie", but you should do it other way instead. For DVDs, rip the movie to your HDD using SmartRipper or similiar and then run, for example, DVD2AVI, select the audio track you want to process -- if it's AC3, use stereo downmixing -- and save a project. This will create a .d2v file (which in your case is useless) and a .wav file.
