I got the devil while trying to copy click, this has never happened to me before, can someone help me remove him, is my dvd program trashed now? Thank You Shelley
No it is not trashed and the devil isnt in it. But I will suggest using the forum search in the future. Because there has been multipul threads already made about Click. Just a few... http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/405459 http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/405528 http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/405444 http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/405358 http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/405344 http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/405247
I have been looking and there are so so many, I will look at your links and thank you so much for responding. Shelley
The easiest should be to download AnyDVD and run that in the background while using I think you said you use (1Click DVD copy) You can get AnyDVD from www.slusoft.com It is a trial version of the program but well worth the money if you decided to buy it.
Thank You, I am trying to decide on rip it or any dvd. do i need to uninstall the one click before installing these programs, or can I just go ahead, and when will the devil dude go away? Shelley
I would install ANyDVD if you are not that computer savy. It will be easier. No you do not have to unistall 1Click. Just install AnyDVD and it will run in the background. There should be a little redfox in the bottem right hand corner of your taskbar. The redfox tells you that AnyDVD is running. Now just open up 1Click and backup like normal.
Larry dumb question I know, what do you mean by Now just open up 1Click and backup like normal. I don't ever backup 1Click, I only use it to copy DVD's, is that what you mean by backup? Sorry for the dumb question.... Shelley
DVD matches drive region. Use key exchange to get title key(s). I cannot shut down my computer because this message is in the left bottom of my computer and the devil dude is in the bottom right, I havn't downloaded anything yet. Any suggestions to get rid of this?
Yes backing up your DVD is the same as copying it. I just say backup a DVD so no one will get the idea that I am trying to pirate a DVD. As to your problem. I have read other threads that say to play the DVD for a few minutes with your DVD player program. Then run DVD43. You might also have to shut down the computer by holding the power button down till it turns off. Make sure during reboot that you take out the Click DVD. When your computer reboots I would go into your add/remocve programs and uninstall DVD43. Then I would install AnyDVD. Below is a thread of the problem you are having that others have had and what they did. http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/217332
Larry, we went with the anydvd trial, so far the devil is gone, and all is well, thank you thank you for all your help as well as others who responded.... Shelley
