I have a memorex dvd+rw, it is a mini dvd and my camera says that there is nothing on the disc, however all of my imaging tools (imgburn dvd decrypter and alcohol 120) all say it has about 1.4 GBs of data on it, i tried ripping a mdf/mds in alcohol. i managed to get 1.4GBs of data, but 7-zip says its only 400MBs. I extracted a Vob from it and got only a little bit of the media i shot. I don't want to format the disc, it is rewritable. Is there a way i can rebuild the file system to be able to backup all of my footage. Thanks in advanced,
    -James

The disk is corrupted? Try Isobuster.
It's not free but offers a free mode with reduced functionality.

At least, if you can get the mains VOB(s) you can recreate,
    (or reauthor) the DVD.
