    Sounds like a media issue among a few other things. Post your last nero log to sort it all out. They can be found at:
    Nero 6: Program Files>Ahead>Nero>NeroHistory.txt
    Nero 7: Program Files>Nero>Nero 7>Core>NeroHistory.txt
    Be sure to edit out your serial # - they begin w/ 1A
    Also the logs are separated by something like this:
    ====== *** NeroAPI, History File *** ======

    First thing you need to do it edit out your serial # - it begins w 1C. Don't need someone getting that!

    A little bit out of date - you can upgrade to this version:
    http://httpdl6.us.nero.com/software/nero7/Nero-7.0.1.4b_eng_no_yt.exe
    Turn this off - too many errors can be caused by this. It's ripping and burning in real time so any little glitch is a failure.
    Hmm not 'A' list media - and probably part of your problems - poorer quality media can cause problems and probably part of the reason you get this failure
    along with this
    Reduce the target size to 4360
    I would also reduce the burn speed to 4x on this media.
    I would also try some better media like Taiyo Yuden or verbatim.
